Our goal is to ensure the maximum possible availability and reliability of the Service. However, you acknowledge and agree that the Service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled Maintenance: Hardware or software updates to the infrastructure (which we will endeavor to announce in advance).
• Unforeseeable Outages: Technical malfunctions, cyberattacks, outages at our connectivity providers, or other Force Majeure events.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the temporary unavailability of the Service, unless expressly defined otherwise in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) concluded for your dedicated instance.

a. Support: We provide customer support for dedicated instance clients. Support may be provided through email, phone, or other channels at our mutual agreement. We will do our best to resolve any issues or queries related to the software.

a. Trial Version: The trial version of our software is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the trial version, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose.

b. Production Version: For the dedicated version of the software, we provide a limited warranty in accordance with the relevant license agreement or agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In no event shall Dominanz spol. s r.o., its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or software.
